Here's a comprehensive list of LEAP reports, categorised into five main groups: Matters & Clients, Trust, Office, Management and Dashboards.

In general, you can access LEAP reports by navigating to the LEAP Menu > Reports, with three exceptions:

Cost Recovery Listing Report: Located at LEAP Menu > Accounting > under Office Accounting > Cost Recoveries > Search > .
Time and Fees List Report: Located at LEAP Menu > Accounting > under Office Accounting > Time & Fees > Search > .
Document Packets Report: Located at LEAP Menu > Home > under Documents > Document Packets > Search > .

LEAP integrates with Power BI via the LEAP Connector, allowing you to create tailored reports and dashboards to suit your firm's specific needs. For more information, please refer to this article.

Matters & Clients

Client & Cards

Card Details	Displays card details, including names and contact information, filterable by creation date, card types and other criteria. Search or browse the card list, then select cards to download their details.
Client Details	Displays client details, including names and contact information, filterable by creation date, matter, staff and other criteria. Search or browse the client list, then select clients to download their details.

Conveyancing

Agents Report	Lists Agents linked to matters, detailing agent information, associated matters, property details and key dates, filterable by matter and staff.
Current Conveyancing Matters	Lists all active Conveyancing matters, including details such as matter, client, property and key dates, filterable by matter and staff.
Exchanged Matters	Lists Conveyancing matters exchanged within a definable period, filterable by matter type and staff.
Matters Due for Exchange	Lists Conveyancing matters with upcoming or past-due exchange/contract dates, filterable by matter type and staff.
Matters Due for Settlement	Lists Conveyancing matters with upcoming or overdue settlement dates, filterable by settlement date range, matter type and staff.
Matters within the Cooling Off Period	Lists matters currently subject to the Cooling Off period, filterable by matter type and staff.

Other Matters & Clients Reports

Appointments	Lists appointments across matters, including details such as organiser, assignee and scheduled time. Filterable by appointment date range and staff.
Archived Matters	Lists all matters archived within a definable period, including any recorded physical file locations and date of destruction. Filterable by matter type and staff.
Client Overview	Provides a financial summary of clients, tracking fees entered, amount billed and payments received, with optional matter-level details.
Completed Matters	Lists matters completed or settled within a specified period, filterable by matter and staff.
Cost Agreement Received and Outstanding	Lists matters marked as 'Cost Agreement Required' to track whether a cost agreement has been received from clients, filterable by matter opened date range.
Critical Dates	Lists critical dates across matters within a specified period, with filtering options by critical date aliases, staff and matter to support critical date management.
Document Register	Generates a list of document register records for a specified period and selected statuses, including packet numbers, associated clients or matters (if applicable) and document dates to support document register management.
Lease Matters	Lists Lease matters including key details such as transaction parties, premises and key dates, filterable by matter status and staff.
Matter List	Provides a detailed overview of matters, filterable by matter opening date, matter type, matter status and staff, with options to include the other side or archived matters.
Matter Tasks	Displays tasks created across matters, providing key details such as due dates and assigned staff to support deadline management.
Matters by Last Activity	Lists matters with no recorded activity since a specified date, focusing on activities such as the creation or modification of matter details, documents or professional fees.
Matters Opened	Lists matters opened within a specified period, with filters for Reporting Group, matter status, matter type and different staff roles.
Power & Estate Registers	Lists power and estate registers dated within a definable period of up to five years, filterable by document date range and assigned staff.
Stamp Duty Due	Lists matters where stamp duty is due and unpaid.
Work Obtained by Referrer	Provides an overview of professional fees recorded, invoiced and collected for matters obtained through referrals.
Document Packets Report*	A printout of the results of the search screen for document packets. The report is accessible via LEAP Menu > Home > under Documents > Document Packets > Search >

Trust

Controlled Money

Controlled Money Control Account	Lists all transactions for Controlled Money Accounts within a specified period, including deposits, withdrawals, fees, interest earned and total balances.
Controlled Money Listing of Accounts	Lists all Controlled Money Accounts as of a specified date, with balances calculated based on either the transaction date or entry date.
Controlled Money Movement Ledger	Downloads ledgers for active Controlled Money Accounts for a specified period, with the option to run them by either transaction date or entry date.
Controlled Money Statement	Downloads statements for active Controlled Money Accounts for a specified period, with the option to run them by either transaction date or entry date.

Power Money

Power Money Ledger	Downloads ledgers for Power Money Accounts for a specified period, with the option to run the ledgers by either transaction date or entry date.
Power Money Listing of Accounts	Lists all Power Money Accounts as of a specified date, with balances calculated based on either the transaction date or entry date.

Trust End of Month

Account End of Month	Runs the Account End of Month (EOM) for the period following your last account EOM date, generating five Acount EOM reports.
General End of Month	Runs the General End of Month (EOM) for the period following your last general EOM date, generating three general EOM reports.
View Previous Trust EOMs	Provides access to previously generated Trust End of Month (EOM) reports, including both General and Account EOM reports.

Trust Investment

Trust Investment Ledger	Downloads ledgers for active Trust Investment Accounts for a specified period, with the option to run the ledgers by either transaction date or entry date.
Trust Investment Listing of Accounts	Lists all Trust Investment Accounts as of a specified date, with balances calculated based on either the transaction date or entry date.
Trust Investment Statement	Downloads statements for active Trust Investment Accounts for a specified period. Users can choose to run the statements by either transaction date or entry date.

Other Trust Reports

Bank Account Register	Provides a detailed record of transactions for a selected Trust Bank Account over a specified period, including deposits, withdrawals, balances and reconciliation status.
Dormant Matters with Trust Balance	Lists inactive matters that maintain a current balance in the selected trust bank account. You can refine the results by specifying a minimum period of inactivity relative to a chosen reference date.
Online Payments Receipts	Lists all trust receipts processed via Online Payments for a selected trust bank account within a specified period.
Potential Trust to Office Transfer	Lists matters with outstanding invoice balances and available trust funds, helping identify potential transfers to cover unpaid invoices.
Protected Trust Funds	Lists matters that have current Protected Trust Funds within a specified trust bank account.
Transit Register	Lists Transit Money items with a received date or paid date within the specified period, with the option to filter by item status.
Trust Account Payments Cash Book	Lists trust payments within a specified period for a selected bank account, tracking outgoing trust funds to support reconciliation and compliance.
Trust Account Receipts Cash Book	Lists trust receipts and trust bank deposits within a specified period for a selected bank account, tracking incoming trust funds to support reconciliation and compliance.
Trust Audit Report	Tracks matter changes including client, matter and card actions, with detailed before-and-after snapshots to support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Trust Bank Deposit Slip	Downloads trust bank deposit slips within a specified period for a selected trust bank account.
Trust Bank Reconciliation	Downloads previously finalised trust bank reconciliations for a selected bank account, with the option to include or exclude presented items.
Trust Fund Requests - Unpaid	Displays unpaid Online Payments Trust Fund Requests, assisting in tracking outstanding requests and following up as needed.
Trust Journals	Lists all trust journal transfers between matters for a selected trust bank account over a specified period, detailing each Journal's ID, matter information, transfer reason and amount.
Trust Ledger	Downloads trust ledgers for a selected trust bank account, with the option to select matters and run statements based on either a reporting period or a cutoff date.
Trust Overdrawn	Lists transactions that resulted in a negative trust balance on a matter at any point within the specified period, including the transaction type, reference number, matter information and resulting balance.
Trust Receipts	Downloads trust receipt slips within a specified period for selected matters.
Trust Statements	Downloads trust statements for a selected trust bank account, with the option to select matters and download statements based on either a reporting period or a cutoff date.
Trust Trial Balance	Lists trust ledger account balances by matter as of a specified date for a selected bank account, with the option to include matters based on balance or transaction history.
Trust Trial Balance by Client	Lists trust ledger account balances by clients as of a specified date for a selected trust bank account, with the option to include clients based on relevant balance or transaction history.
Trust Uncleared Funds	Lists trust funds that have been received, banked but not yet cleared, providing details such as the amount, cheque information, bank deposit date, and the number of days until the cheque is cleared.

Office

Accrual Debtor GL Validation	Provides a summary of debtor journals for a specified period, including total values for invoices and adjustments, allocations to fees and disbursements, and receipts, along with the trade debtor balance as at the period end.
Aged Debtors Report	Displays matters' aged debtor balances as at a specified date, including those with outstanding invoices or Credits balances. Expand a matter to view the ageing details of individual invoices. Results can be filtered to include only finalised invoices.
Aged Disbursements Report	Displays matters' aged disbursement balances as at a specified date, with options to expand balances by disbursement type and view further itemised details. Disbursements on draft invoices are treated as aged until the invoice is finalised, with an option to also include Billable - Later Invoice items.
Aged WIP & Disbursements Report	Displays matters' total aged WIP and disbursement balances as at a specified date, with options to expand balances by transaction type and view further itemised details. Items on draft invoices are treated as aged until the invoice is finalised, with an option to include Billable - Later Invoice items.
Aged WIP Report	Displays matters' total aged WIP balances as at a specified date, with options to expand for itemised details, include items on draft invoices, and include Billable - Later Invoice items.
Anticipated Payments	Lists Anticipated Payment transactions within a specified period, displaying transaction information including payment due date, whether payment has been made to the supplier, and associated matter and invoice.
Bank Deposit Slips	Downloads Office Bank Account Deposit slips within a specified period from a single location.
Combined Matter Ledger with Balances	Downloads combined office and trust ledgers for selected matters, with an option to include or exclude archived matters.
Disbursements Report	Lists disbursement transactions within a specified period, with filtering options for disbursement type, billing status and matter type.
Download Invoices	Downloads invoices for selected matters into a single document for a specified period, with options to customise by invoice status, sorting order by matter or invoice number, and itemisation.
Download Receipts	Downloads office receipts into a single document for a specified receipt period and selected matters. An Office Bank Account must be selected.
Firm Exposure by Client	Lists matters with client exposure as at a specified date, showing the total exposure per matter against the cleared trust funds balance, with a breakdown of outstanding debtors, WIP and disbursement balances.
General Ledger Movements	Downloads a summary or detailed list of general ledger journals exported to accounting software for a specified period, with options to filter by export status and to filter or group by account code or tax code.
Invoices Report	Provides a breakdown of fees and disbursements on invoices along with adjustments and receipt information.
Matter Balances	Displays matter balances as at a specified date, including trust, WIP, debtors minus Credits, Credits and unbilled disbursements. Filters can be applied to refine the matters displayed, including whether to include archived matters.
Matters Financial Summary with Ageing	Provides an overview of the firm's various balances as at a specified date, including debtors, Credits, WIP, unbilled disbursements and trust funds, with an ageing breakdown per matter.
Office Payments Report	Lists office payments within a specified period for a selected Office Bank Account, with an option to filter by payment type.
Office Receipts Report	Lists office receipts within a specified period for a selected Office Bank Account, with an option to filter by payment type.
Online Payments Receipts	Lists all receipts processed via Online Payments within a specified period. An Office Bank Account must be selected.
Online Payments Reference Lookup	Enables search for Online Payments transactions by reference number, showing the reference type, transaction number, matter number, debtor and balance due.
Pre Billing Guides	Downloads pre-billing guides for selected matters as at a specified date to assist with reviewing billing details before invoicing. The summary and detail items can be customised to adjust the level of detail included.
Pre-Billing Summary	Downloads summary Statements of Account for selected matters. Summary statements can be generated as of a specified date for matters with outstanding balances, or across a defined period for matters with balances and/or transactions.
Statement of Account - Debtors Ledger	Downloads Statements of Account from the Debtors Ledger for selected matters. Statements can be generated as at a specified date for matters with outstanding balances, or across a defined period for matters with balances and/or transactions. Each statement provides details on transactions, balances and ageing information.
Statement of Account - Summary	Downloads summary Statements of Account for selected matters. Statements can be generated as of a specified date for matters with outstanding balances, or across a defined period for matters with balances and/or transactions.
Cost Recovery Listing Report*	A printout of the results of the firm-wide search screen for cost recoveries, accessible via: LEAP Menu > Accounting > under Office Accounting > Cost Recoveries > Search > .

Fee Earner Performance Module

Compares auto-recorded time against manual entries and normalises fixed fee billing, assisting in evaluating the efficiency and transparency of work performed.

Other Management Reports

Billing Realisation Summary	A summary of staff billing realisation and collection performance for a defined period, highlighting billing and collection realisation ratios.
Daily Time & Fees by Staff	Provides daily total values of billable and non-billable fees recorded for selected staff within a defined week, along with month-to-date and financial year-to-date summaries.
Daily Time & Fees by Staff Responsible & Acting	Provides daily total values of billable and non-billable fees recorded within a defined week for selected Staff Responsible or Staff Acting, along with month-to-date and financial year-to-date summaries.
Exchanges and Settlements Chart	A graphical display of the total number of matters exchanged or settled in each active month within the year up to the specified date.
Fee Contributions & Recovery	Provides details of fees recorded, invoiced and receipted for selected staff, allowing for the attribution of work to different staff roles.
Fee Contributions & Recovery by Matter Type	Provides details of fees recorded, invoiced and receipted, grouped by matter type for a specified period. Expand each matter type to view a breakdown by matter.
Fee Earner Overview	A customisable overview of the selected fee earner's performance as Staff Responsible, Staff Acting or Credit, covering client and matter overview, revenue generation, aged balances, trust and controlled money, and more. The report features both ranked metrics (such as Top Clients) and non-ranked metrics.
Fee Earner Summary	A detailed summary of fee earner performance for a specified month, quarter or year, covering fees entered, billed and collected (with comparisons to budgets and year-to-date figures), as well as WIP, debtor ageing and matter overview. Users can choose to focus on a specific staff type.
Firm Overview	A comprehensive overview of firm performance for a defined period, covering key areas such as matters, clients, firm exposure, fee earner performance, ageing summaries, trust fund balances and transfer availability, and more. Users can select a staff type to include for displaying matter information.
Invoice Variance Report	Lists invoices with fees recorded for selected staff within a defined period, showing variances between recorded and billed fees, along with any fee adjustments.
Matters By Matter Status Chart	A graphical display of matter distribution across different matters status for a defined period, with filters for matter types, Staff Responsible and Staff Acting.
Matters By Matter Type Chart	A graphical display of matter distribution across different matter types for a defined period, filterable by matter status and followed by a detailed breakdown for each matter type.
Matters Opened by Staff Responsible & Acting Chart	A graphical comparison of matters opened by different Staff Responsible or Staff Acting within a defined period, followed by a detailed breakdown for each staff member.
Online Payments Instalment Plans	Displays all Online Payments Instalment Plans for either Office or Trust accounts, including relevant matter and payer information, plan status, balance and more.
Practice Overview	A quick overview of key financial and operational metrics, including aged balances, trust balance, cash flow, debtor ageing, and matters opened and completed for the current month. The report is cached daily.
Receipt Allocation Report	An overview of the allocation of receipted funds to billed fees and disbursements within a defined allocation period for selected staff, allowing for the attribution of work to different staff roles.
Staff Budgets	Provides a staff list with key details, including basic personal information, login status, username, creation dates, billing rates, and more.
Staff Details	Provides a staff list with key details, including basic personal information, login status, username, creation dates, billing rates, and more.
Staff Invoiced Funds	Displays selected staff members' fee contributions to invoices within a defined billing period.
Staff Receipted Funds	Displays selected staff members’ fee contributions to receipted funds within a defined receipting period.
Staff Time & Fees Activity Summary	A summary of Time and Fees recorded by selected staff within a defined period, grouped first by staff and then by activity code. Users can also filter by matters, invoice statuses, or a specific activity code.
Time & Fees Analysis	Provides a year-over-year comparison of a selected monthly staff metric (hours entered, time and fees invoiced, or time and fees received), with an option to compare by financial or calendar year.
Time & Fees Recorded by Staff	Provides daily totals of billable and non-billable hours recorded for all staff within a defined week, along with Time and Fee summaries for the month-to-date and financial year-to-date.
Matters By Matter Type Chart	A graphical display of matter distribution across different matter types for a defined period, filterable by matter status and followed by a detailed breakdown for each matter type.
Work Obtained Chart	A graphical comparison of work obtained from different sources, measured by matters opened, and followed by a detailed breakdown by matter.

Dashboards

Upcoming Settlements	Displays details of upcoming settlements due today, tomorrow, this week and next week. Matters are included based on their unconfirmed settlement dates recorded under 'Calendar & Tasks'.
Completed Settlements by Staff	Shows the number of settlements completed by staff members in their role as the Person Acting during the current working week (Monday to Friday).
