From Monday, 12 October 2026, the following contracts will be removed from LEAP:
- Contract for Sale and Purchase of Residential Real Estate (1st edition)
- Contract for Sale and Purchase of Commercial Real Estate (1st edition)
This change is due to access limitations set by the Queensland Law Society (QLS) and the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), which means we are no longer able to make these contracts available within LEAP.
What you need to do
Firms will need to access these contracts directly through the QLS or REIQ:
- Contract for Sale and Purchase of Residential Real Estate (1st edition)
- Contract for Sale and Purchase of Commercial Real Estate (1st edition)
Please note: Documents already saved to existing matters will remain unchanged.
