Matter Type & Form Updates: Forms, Matters, Legal Rates and Calculator Updates

From Monday 13 July 2026 the Forms & Precedents folder structure across all sale and purchase matters nationally will be updated to improve navigation and efficiency.

A new Frequently Used folder has been introduced, providing quick access to the forms and precedents accessed most often.

The Search function remains available for users who prefer to locate forms and precedents by searching.

Following on from recent InfoTrack communications, Victorian practitioners using the LIV Contract can now prepare their Section 32 Vendor Statement and Contract of Sale from one convenient location within the InfoTrack Property Interface.

The LIV Contract has now been migrated under the Section 32 and Contract milestone, providing a more streamlined workflow and reducing the need to navigate between different areas of your matter.

Key benefits include:

  • Prepare your Section 32 and LIV Contract in one place.
  • Reduce manual steps and duplicated effort.
  • Easily export completed contracts to share with your clients.
  • Save time across every property matter.

For matters opened prior to the changeover, you will still be able to access these in LEAP.

For more information, please contact your InfoTrack representative for a personalised demonstration.

What's Changing?

We have updated all Corporations Law forms in LEAP so the company name, role of corporation and company business number now appear in line with standard court practice and the Corporations Rules.

The updated forms now display the corporation automatically, using the following format:

IN THE MATTER OF [full name of corporation to which the proceeding relates and, if applicable, the words ‘(in liquidation)’, ‘(receiver appointed)’, ‘(receiver and manager appointed)’, ‘(controller acting)’, or ‘(administrator appointed)’]

ABN or ACN or ARBN: [insert ABN or ACN or ARBN]

As part of our commitment to helping you work more efficiently, we have reorganised the NSW Criminal Law, AVO and Traffic Law forms folder structure in LEAP.

  • Clearer folder hierarchy: Forms are now organised by matter type, legal context and court level.
  • Previously missing forms included: We have added forms that were previously missing from the system, ensuring your form library is comprehensive and current.
  • Consistent structure: Each matter type now follows a consistent folder organisation, reducing the learning curve when working across different practice areas.

Please note that the Settlement Statement (OLD) [LL-QLD-PRP-276] will be retired as of 10 June 2026.

Following feedback from our clients we have updated how QLD water usage is calculated in the new Settlement Statement app. This change will be more closely aligned with the old Settlement Statement for a familiar, consistent experience.

Please use LL-QLD-PRP-346 or LL-QLD-PR-309
