General End Of Month Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Trust > Trust End of Month > General End Of Month.

Purpose: Runs the General End of Month (EOM) for the period following your last general EOM date, generating three general EOM reports:

Trust Audit ReportTracks trust-related matter changes, including client, matter and card actions, with detailed before-and-after snapshots to support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Controlled Money List of AccountsLists all Controlled Money Accounts as of the relevant end of month. 
Trust Investment List of AccountsLists all Trust Investment Accounts as of the relevant end of month.

  • Last General EOM Date is set via LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Accounting > Reports.
Next Run Date Specifies the period for which the General End of Month (EOM) process is executed.
Month (Year)Displays the month and year corresponding to the generated reports.
Reports Provides a downloadable PDF version of the three reports.
Actions Indicates the available actions for the selected period.

Optional Setting:

  • Users have the option to include a 'Signed and reviewed by' person when running the EOM process.
