Displays only receipt allocations on matters with the chosen status(es).

Consists of three filters: 

1. Include Inactive Staff: 
   Yes: Include inactive Staff members in the 'Staff' list for selection. 
   No: Exclude inactive Staff members in the 'Staff' list for selection. 
   
   
2.  Attribute Work To:
   Staff: Refers to the staff member who performs the actual work as a fee earner. This applies when the staff member’s name is assigned to the entry within the professional fee window. 
   Staff Responsible: Refers to the 'Person Responsible' for the matter
   Staff Acting: Refers to the 'Person Acting' on the matter.
   Credit: Refers to the Person 'Credit' on the matter.

3. Staff list for selection

   NOTE: When you change the selection for Include Inactive Staff (from Yes to No or vice versa), the Staff drop-down list will be updated accordingly.

NOTE:

Attribute Work To calculates and displays figures related to professional fees against:

• Staff: The direct fee earner (i.e., the staff member whose name is selected for the professional fee). 
• Staff Responsible: The Staff Responsible for the matter on which the professional fee item has been created. 
• Staff Acting: The Staff Acting for the matter on which the professional fee item has been created.
• Credit: The Credit for the matter on which the professional fee item has been created.

Example: 

Assume Staff A records a fee item of $200 (tax inclusive) on Matter 001, where Staff B is designated as the Staff Responsible, and the fee is subsequently billed and collected:

• When the report's 'Attributed Work' option to is set to 'Staff', it will only include the $200 in the calculation of Staff A's 'Fees %' and 'Fees Receipted'.
• When the report's 'Attributed Work' option to is set to 'Staff Responsible', it will only include $200 in the calculation of Staff B's 'Fees %' and 'Fees Receipted', rather than Staff A's.

In the above example, the report's 'Inc. Tax' option is set to Yes.

Displaying only receipt allocations associated with the chosen staff member(s).

NOTE: The Staff filter works in conjunction with the 'Attributed Work to' filter to specify which staff members are included in the results and their role within the reported figures (as Staff, Staff Responsible, Staff Acting, or Credit).

A selection that allows the inclusion or exclusion of inactive staff members.

NOTE: 

• Default setting: Excluding inactive staff.
• The 'Staff' list will dynamically adjust according to a change made to this setting.
• A Staff member is considered Inactive if the member's 'Current Staff Member' option is togged off under the Access & Permissions in the Staff Details window (Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Firm > Staff > Members).

Display figures inclusive or exclusive of tax, directly applying to these two fields:

•     Fees Receipted
•     Disbursements Receipted

• None
• Matter Status
• Matter Type

• Reflects figures within the 'Fees Receipted' column.
• Calculated by dividing the 'Fees Receipted' of the staff member by the total 'Fees Receipted' and then multiplying the result by 100.
• Total of Fees % may deviate by plus or minus 0.01%. 

The amount of the receipted funds allocated to invoiced fees.

NOTE: 

This field only takes into account fee adjustments (via invoice adjustment) or fee reallocations made prior to the application of receipted funds. As a result, it does not consider any invoice adjustments or fee reallocations made afterward.

The amount of the Receipted Funds allocated to Invoiced Disbursements.

NOTE: 

This field only takes into account disbursement adjustments (via invoice adjustment) made prior to the application of receipted funds. As a result, it does not consider any invoice adjustments made afterward.

In relation to 'Fees Receipted' and 'Disbursements Receipted', please note that: 

Whether an invoice adjustment or fee reallocation is considered post-receipt depends on the creation time, not the transaction date.

For instance, if a receipt is applied to an invoice and subsequent adjustments are made to the invoiced fees/disbursements (via invoice adjustment), these fields will not reflect such changes. This remains the case regardless of the Invoice Adjustment date or whether the Invoice Adjustment is backdated.

Total Amount of Receipted Funds allocated to tax.

NOTE: This figure remains unaffected by the 'Inc Tax' option.
