Exchanged Matters Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Matters & Clients > Conveyancing > Exchanged Matters

Purpose: Lists all Conveyancing matters that have been exchanged within the selected date range. 

Report Trigger: A matter is considered exchanged if its Exchange/Contract Date under the 'Calendar & Tasks' tab has been marked as confirmed with a tick.

The staff filters include only Current staff members for focused results. 

Report Filters:

Date RangeFilters results to include only matters with an Exchange/Contact date within the selected date range. 
Staff

Includes two filters:

  • Staff Responsible: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff members are assigned as the 'Person Responsible'.
  • Staff Acting: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff members are assigned as the 'Person Acting'.

NOTE: Both Staff lists include only Current staff members for focused results. 

Matter TypeFilters results to include only matters that fall under selected matter type(s). 
Display

Includes two display options:

1. Group By:

Allows users to group the list by:

  • None (default)
  • Matter Type
  • Staff Responsible
  • Staff Acting

2. Expand Row Groups: only active when the 'Group By' option is not 'None'.  

  • No: When set to 'No', the grouped rows remain collapsed, showing only the group headers.
  • Yes: When set to 'Yes', all grouped rows are expanded, displaying all rows within each group. 

Report Fields:

Matter NoThe Conveyancing matter number.
ClientThe client on the matter. 
Matter Type The matter's matter type. 
PropertyThe property address, entered in the 'Property' card of the matter table.
Staff ResponsibleThe Person Responsible on the matter.
Staff ActingThe Person Acting on the matter.
Exchange/Contract DateThe matter's Exchange or Contract Date, entered under the Calendar & Tasks tab of the matter.
