Online Payments Receipts Report (Trust Account)

Location: LEAP Menu > Accounting > Reports > Trust > Online Payments Receipts

Purpose: The Online Payments Receipts report (previously known as the RapidPay Receipts report) lists all receipts processed through Online Payments (previously known as RapidPay) within a specified period that have been recorded in the Trust Ledger for a selected trust bank account.

The Date Range filter is based on the Entry Date of an Online Payments transaction. 
When the the Entry Date and the Transaction Date of the Online Payments entry differ, both dates will be displayed in the report. To highlight the distinction, the Entry Date will be marked by an asterisk (*). 

Filters:

Date RangeDisplays Online Payments transactions within the specified date range, based on the Entry Date of an Online Payments transaction. 
Bank AccountA list of general Trust Bank Accounts. The report will display transactions for the selected general Trust Bank Account.

Report Fields:

DateThe Date of the Online Payments transaction. 
Receipt No.The Reference Number of the Online Payments transaction.
Payments Settlement DateThe date the Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled into the general Trust Bank Account.
Received FromDisplays the following:
  • Bank Deposit: Per bank deposit slip.
  • Trust Fund Request Receipt: Card attached to the Trust Funds Request.
  • Payment against an invoice where settlement to trust is active: Receipt, <<Debtor's Name>>.
Matter No, Client Name;
Matter Description		Displays the following:
  • Matter number.
  • Clients name. 
  • Matter description.
ReasonDisplays the following: 
  • Bank Deposit: Per a bank deposit slip.
  • Trust Funds Request Receipt: The reason attached to the Trust Fund Request.
  • Receipts applied against an invoice where settlement to trust is active: Online Payments Payment, Inv <<Invoice Number>>.
Multi Amt A receipt applied to multiple matters.
Total AmtThe total amount of the receipt.
Banked The total amount of receipts banked.
