Includes the following four filters, which work together to refine matters. Only matters that meet all selected staff criteria in their specified roles will be displayed.

• Inc. Inactive Staff: Provides an option to either include or exclude Inactive Staff Members from the lists of 'Staff Responsible', 'Staff Acting' and 'Staff Assisting'.

NOTE:

• • • A Staff member is considered Inactive if their Current Staff Member option is togged off under the Access & Permissions in the Staff Details window (Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Firm > Staff > Members).
    • The below three staff lists dynamically update based on the 'Include Inactive Staff' option setting.
• Staff Responsible: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff member(s) are assigned as the Person Responsible. All staff members are included by default.
• Staff Acting: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff member(s) are assigned as the Person Acting. All staff members are included by default.
• Staff Assisting: Filters results to include only matters where the selected staff member(s) are assigned as the Person Assisting. All staff members are included by default.

Filters results to include only matters assigned to any of the selected Reporting Groups. By default, all Reporting Groups are selected.

Provides options to include or exclude:

• Archived Matters: 
  
  • • Yes: Includes matters that are archived.
    • No: Excludes matters that are archived. 
• Draft Invoices:
  • • No (excludes all items on draft invoices)
    • Yes (includes all items on a draft invoice). 
• Billable - Later Invoice WIP: 
  • • No (excludes items with the status of Billable-Later Invoice)
    • Yes (includes items with the status of Billable-Later Invoice)
• Non Billable: 
  • • No (excludes Not-Billable items)
    • Yes (includes Not-Billable items)
• Tax: 
  • • Yes: Display amounts inclusive of tax.
    • No: Display amounts exclusive of tax.

Allows users to exclude WIP entries that have aged beyond the specified number of days.

Provides the following two display options:

    • Matter Type
    • Reporting Group
    • Staff Acting
    • Staff Assisting
    • Staff Billed by: Refers to the Staff member who recorded the professional fee entry.
    • Staff Responsible
• Expand Row Groups: Provides an option to expand all row groups, displaying details of WIP entries.

Displays the WIP value in one of four columns representing the WIP ageing period (e.g., Current, >30 Days, >60 Days and >90 Days). 

NOTE:

• The Ageing Period refer to the number of days the professional fee entry has remained unbilled since its transaction date up to the 'At Date'. The Ageing Period will be updated based on your input for the 'At Date'.
• Ageing Periods catetories can be customised via:

LEAP Menu > Settings > Application Settings > Accounting > Reports. 

Located at the bottom of the table: 

• The total value of WIP on all the listed matters.
• Total of each Ageing Periods: The total WIP value for each ageing period.
