Sue Harris (Customer) asked a question.
I don't find them very user friendly at all. Especially on the purchaser side. With the old sheet I could keep adding table lines to show stamp duty, regn fees etc for a purchaser so they could see the full amount required. No need to go back and forward out of Leap.

Neither do I. We have had to use excel spreadsheet for our 'funds required' break down as it is more simple/user-friendly.
Have you complained to Leap? I am going to keep nagging them.
Sue have you had any more feedback? It is clear the new settlement statement is not user friendly and as of last Thursday, the old Settlement Statement is no longer working after the last Microsoft update. I have contacted LEAP and their only solution is to the use the new one. I am now using an Excel worksheet but this doesn't help as I can't open any statements in old files without Word crashing and closing everything.
We have, but didn't really get anywhere with it. Takes twice as long now to do a settlement statement & funds required break down .. Used to be so quick and easy.
Feedback for LEAP.
Please don't remove the previous Statement of Adjustments (OLD) precedent, it is so much simpler and user friendly.
is the old sheet still available ? the new sheet is shocking, total waste of time. Plus, it adds random amounts ie for the ATO which have no place being there. LEAP is going from bad to worse.
Hi John
You can still use the old sheet for now. Leap said that they would stop updating the old sheet in December which mainly relates to the registration fees being updated each year.
It should be in the same section with the word (old) in brackets. I am emailing the development section to tell them how bad it is. Hopefully they are listening.
thanks Sue !
I agree please bring back the Settlement Statement (OLD), the new one is to difficult and time consuming to use!
I don't intend giving up with Leap. The new sheet for the vendor is not that bad BUT purchaser is hopeless. We need to get more people to complain rather than give in because the user fee we pay demands not having to do manual settlement calculations.
