Timesheets constantly not working.

Hi, I need help. My Leap is up to date, and I have been having issues opening timesheets, I can't open a new entry because once I clicked "NEW ENTRY" it will be loading like forever and will be freezing. I have done basic troubleshooting still no go. A leap officer remotely fixed this issue before and I am having it again now. Please help me! 😞 Thank you for your responses.
