When we have a Court card on a matter, when e-mailing anyone, the list of available e-mail addresses shows ALL Court staff attached to the card, even if there is no staff added for that particular matter (see example image attached). It does not do this for any other card i.e. Respondent's solicitor card does not bring up ALL staff when i create an email, will only bring up the firm's email address or if i have a staff attached to the matter then it will show that person's email address.
LEAP's fix was to create a 'dummy' staff member
