How to fix "Unable to retrieve profile" when logging into LEAP Mobile

Issue for a user of our firm when he logins into LEAP Mobile. An error message comes up saying "Unable to retrieve profile". He is able to easily log into the LEAP Authenticator and LEAP desktop with the password and we have confirmed he has correct Licence Access.
