Alison Mcinnes (Customer) asked a question.
For instance - we have billed the client $1,014.50. The client has paid only $1,000, leaving $14.50 owing. I want to just write that small amount off and close the file.

Hi Alison,
Thank you for submitting your inquiry to the LEAP Community Discussions page.
You can write off the outstanding balance on the invoice by right-clicking the invoice and selecting Adjust Invoice. This will open the invoice adjustment screen and you can click Write Off in the bottom left of the window. After confirming the details are correct, Save and Close the Invoice Adjustment. This will write off the remainder of the invoice.
More information on writing off invoices can be found here.
Thanks,
Shane
Thanks Shane, that's perfect.
Right click on the invoice you want to adjust - there will be an option to Adjust Invoice - click and invoice will open up - at the bottom left will say WRITE OFF - click this and it will automatically apply the amount across all fields - balance due should then be $0.00 - save & close - hope this helps
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond Jennifer, that's awesome. š
