Admin Support (Customer) asked a question.

How can we revert back to the previous behaviour on Leap or allow the use of prohibited characters (such as \ / : ? " < > |) when creating PDFs or automatically change to an underscore, as the current process requires manual correction for each character?

Hi Colleagues

On Leap when creating a PDF of an InfoTrack search that contains particular symbols the below notification appears:

"(A name can't contain any of the following characters: \ / : * ? " < > |)".

Previously when a file contained these particular characters it would change it automatically to an underscore, however recently, it requires us to manually correct each character to an acceptable character.

Is there a way to change it back to the old way or to allow the above prohibited characters to be used?

Thank you for your answers in advance.
