    Hi Samuel,

Thanks for your query. There is not currently a way to have a combined report for one client that shows all the information requested. We appreciate all feedback and ideas shared from our community, I would suggest posting this and any other feedback to our Ideas Hub under Feedback and Ideas tab for greater discussion and consideration amongst other members of the community as well as our Product team.

Find information about our Ideas Hub here.

    Thanks,

    Simon

  • Yes you can - in the Accounting menu (go to "Settings", "Application Settings", "Accounting" and then "Reporting Groups". You can create reporting groups for that particular client (just the client name usually). Once you have done that, then go into each matter for that client (and do this for all future matters), and on the page where you add the person responsible and person acting etc, at the very bottom, you can select the "Reporting Group" for that matter (you will see the one you created in the drop down box). Once all your matters have been set up with the Reporting Group for that client that you firstly created, then when you run a WIP and Disbs report, you can select that Reporting Group as a filter. It seems like a lot of work to initially set up if you have lots of existing matters you need to assign to a reporting group, but once you have created the Reporting Group in the main menu, then you simply have to just select the reporting group in each new matter going forward for that same client). You can set up as many reporting groups for different clients as you need.

  • Sorry - I meant to say in my first sentence above, in the "main menu", go to "Settings", "Application Settings", "Accounting" and then "Reporting Groups".
