Hi Bridget,
Thanks for reaching out, there is no current widespread issues with opening draft emails from within LEAP. I've logged your issue with our HelpDesk for investigation, who will reach out to you shortly.
You can also contact our HelpDesk by emailing support@leap.com.au or by using the LiveChat function.
Kind Regards,
Simon
I have been having issues with this yet again, since last week. Can you kindly emsure it is fixed on the back end? Not very efficient esp in xmas lead up!
😣
I am having that trouble today too.
I have had that issue. It seemed that the first time I clicked on a draft email, it wouldn't reopen, it would just take me to outlook. But the second time I clicked on it, it would open. Frustrating.
Yes, I am unable to open any draft emails - it has been an ongoing issue that appears now to be permanent.
Hi - I've been having trouble with draft emails in Leap for a good 9 months or so. I will open it and it just won't do anything and then when you go to try and open it again it says it's already open. Sometimes trying the second time will trigger the first attempt to come up but more often than not it just says it's already open and it then it won't open again even when it asks you if you want to open it again. Sometimes going to close out of the matter will trigger the email to pop up on screen but most of the time it just says there's an email open, still want to close? It's quite infuriating as you end up doing things twice.
I am very frustrated as i am having this issue also! I need to open this draft email and that the email has already been opened for editing- and it hasn't I would like this actioned
Leap, is this a known issue as multiple users in our office are experiencing this problem also. We have enaged IT and still have not been able to resolve this issue.
Hi everyone - I have discovered further with my issue that it seems I can open a draft email from Leap so long as it has no attachments. If there's attachments - forget it!
