yes I have had the same issue, just says loading and then eventually opens up.
Yes, I have the same issue although mine is more like a minute long. I logged it with support and they just told me I need to restart my computer.. Absolute Joke !
If we all log a support ticket it might help them get the issue resolved faster, because I believe other people are also experiencing this. Support@leap.com.au
Yes
This problem is so frustrating at the moment. I hate the word 'Loading'. It also stops part way through entering cheques for 30 seconds or more. It is like it goes off and makes a coffee then comes back and continues working. I don't have time to waste on waiting so am getting really cross. I'll log a support query but frankly that really does no good at all. Considering the price Leap charges for licences I would expect a far superior product than we are presently getting.
Me too - might as well take up knitting while I wait.
After I posted my little rant on here this morning I did contact support by logging a job on the chat/support button on here. Leap contacted me within 10 minutes (miracle) and they cleaned a few things and did a repair of my Leap and it is working quite a lot better now. Still Loads occasionally but for only a second or 2. I would suggest anyone having issues log a job with support and hopefully they can do the same for you.
Thank you for raising the issue Benjamin. Best to put a call into Helpdesk in order that any environmental issues might be considered.
Except there is no helpdesk to call anymore and live chat is no longer live chat it is a 'leave a message' and they contact you later on when they can.
Have been experiencing the same issue. Leap had cleaned up a few things, which improved it somewhat but it didn't last.
