Cant sign in to LEAP as error of offline when my internet works!

I cant access my LEAP. No problem the other day now it says " LEAP Server is not currently reachable and you cannot work in offline mode because LEAP has exceeded its 30 days offline time limit"- How am I suppose to get into my client files and do legal work! Its been happening for a few days. Any help anyone.. i have logged it.. but its the weekend..

      i have the same problem. Why they just don't put on this page how to resolve the problem is ridiculous given the costs of the product!!!

  • I am working away from my office today. I have an internet connection but could not connect to Leap. I got access to my emails, Myob, but not Leap.

    Could you please assist.
