I cant access my LEAP. No problem the other day now it says " LEAP Server is not currently reachable and you cannot work in offline mode because LEAP has exceeded its 30 days offline time limit"- How am I suppose to get into my client files and do legal work! Its been happening for a few days. Any help anyone.. i have logged it.. but its the weekend..

Did you get an answer of how to fix this? I have this problem on my laptop.

i have the same problem. Why they just don't put on this page how to resolve the problem is ridiculous given the costs of the product!!!

I resolved the problem by downloading the latest version of Leap (https://community.leap.com.au/s/downloads) and reinstalling - I did not uninstall the old version ... I agree with your sentiments ...
I am working away from my office today. I have an internet connection but could not connect to Leap. I got access to my emails, Myob, but not Leap.
Could you please assist.
