Not sure about anyone else, but when you use the "Search Address" and select the address the Suburb is lower case and "Australia" comes up, so when you populate a letter you have "Convert to Text" make the suburb capitals and then remove "Australia". If you manually type in the address and not use the "Search Address" the postcode doesn't populate, so now you need to ensure you know the postcode.
This is yet another change that has been made which is of very little benefit, it slows down the process when creating letters and/or you need to know the postcode.
LEAP is continually making changes that are time wasting, time is money!!!! If anyone has any suggestions around this, please let me know as yet, I haven't wasted my time trying to log a support call, because of the following:-
(a) I will have to wait for at least 20 mins or
(b) it's a word issue or
(c) we are looking into this OR
(d) I will contact someone higher up.

I would delete Australia after inputting the address, it doesn't come up in any letters once you do that.
