The previous version (68) had that problem. If you update to the latest version(75), you should find it resolves this issue for you. Hope that helps.
We have some staff that are having that issue as well - as recent as yesterday 22 Nov and using the current version of leap 2.3.75.0.
Yes I updated to the latest version today as this was a major issue on the previous version and it still hasn't been fixed
