Hello Helen, it would be ideal if this could be logged as a Helpdesk Support call please, in order that we can check integration settings between LEAP and your version of Microsoft Outlook.
I am having problems as well. Every time open New email on leap, all the old and wrong email addresses come up, it is so easy to click a wrong email address. Have you solved this problem?
