What is the go with the new Application for Consent Orders...

Are people struggling with the new Leap for Word tool bar? Mine continually scrolls back to the top whenever I enter anything. This is the clunkiest set up I have seen, and it has become a real time waster. Anyone have any advice?

    • I've tried to provide feedback using your link and get this error message:

      500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Our office has lost consent orders multiple times. We have lost $thousands in re doing. It does not seem to get solved. When lodging help it is never answered in a short time frame. When we asked to be called back, got an email instead. Not good enough.

    Simon,

This form is still incredibly "clunky" and hard to use. I'm not sure if you realise, but often we do not have all the information to complete the form when we first draft it, so there are issues again with the form. Why cannot we just have the form without the word add ins as this seems to cause the problems. We just want the form as it used to be with the updating FCFCA details. We are resorting to downloading from the Court website rather than using LEAP precedent as it is just too difficult and time consuming.

    Simon,

I have not come across one person who finds this new form with the leap for word tool bar easier to use. It makes things so much more difficult, takes a lot longer to draft and is unreliable. We have also resorted to to downloading the form from the court website rather than the leap precedent.

Our office seconds what Michelle, Robyn & Bridget have said above. Please go back to the manual fill in version of forms! The fielding in these new forms is a nightmare, and it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get the forms / content right.

  • Paula Phelan (Customer)

I agree - please go back to the manual fill in version. The new Application form isn't working and we are also using the form from the Court website.

Same issue here. It sometimes saves and sometimes doesn't. It throws an error half way through and deletes everything entered or refuses to update the data entered in the LEAP for Word box. I attempted to use the Court's Word form but that form is locked so I cannot add extra item boxes, meaning I cannot do the form at all! LEAP, stop trying to be fancy and just give us documents that actually work!

We are wondering if LEAP are actually doing anything about this. If we could all have an answer, we would really appreciate it. We are all under pressure to perform our work and produce a document in a great format for our clients, so is it possible to get some sort of response. Also, does LEAP consult with customers before making changes? Does LEAP understand how these documents go through a number of drafts before a final is prepared for signature and filing with the Court? It can be quite a process. The application was in a good format before the changes were made. Can we please go back to this format.
