I'm having sync issues where new matters created in one workstation (desktop) do not sync when using another workstation (laptop) and vice versa, using the one log in. Current way of fixing is calling Leap Support and they manually force the update. Wondering if anyone in the community has had this issue and had it resolved? Thanks.

Happy New Year & thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
As LEAP stores all documents and data securely on the cloud, there is a strong reliance on your internet connection to both upload and download the required data. This could result in a delay in how soon changes are reflected on other devices.
One way to check the status of data/documents being synced is via the LEAP system tray application, more information about this can be found here.
If you still continue to experience issues, please contact our support team to investigate further.
