  1. Refresh the Matter AI window - While on the Matter AI window, press F5 to refresh the window.

  2. Repair LEAP - Performing a LEAP Repair can often resolve issues related to loading or blank windows. This process will ensure that all necessary components are correctly installed and functioning.

  3. Add LEAP to Antivirus Exceptions - Sometimes, antivirus software can block certain functionalities of LEAP. Make sure to Add LEAP to your Antivirus and Firewall Exceptions list to prevent any interference.

  4. Check Battery Settings - Ensure that your computer's battery settings are set to "Best Performance" and that the energy saver mode is turned off. This can help improve the performance of applications.

  5. Restart Your Computer - A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches which might be causing the issue.
