If there are any incomplete or red entries, take screenshots of those entries before doing any troubleshooting. If entries are showing up in the incomplete section as red even when they are complete, simply tab through them to resynchronise.

To prevent issues with time entry synchronisation and avoid performance issues in LEAP Timesheet, please follow these recommendations:

Add LEAP to your Antivirus Exceptions List.
Test the system on a different network to rule out connectivity issues.

These steps help address common timesheet performance issues, such as:

Slowness or freezing
The inability to enter time entries
Time entries remaining red due to syncing failures.
