There are some invoices we are well aware as to why they are overdue, why should we not have the option to not send reminders to these type of matters when we want to send reminders for overdue Trust Fund Requests. Please let me know if there is a solution to this.

Navigate to LEAP Menu > Other > under Tools > Payment Reminders. You will now be on the Payment Reminders settings window on your default browser.
