I haven't be able to prepare my end of financial year reports from MYOB as the Link between Leap and MYOB doesn't work. I have logged with both Leap and MYOB and neither can assist with this problem.

Having the same issue. Extremely inconvenient to have this issue now, when we want to get EOFY records wrapped up.
This happens to me quite often. If you go into menu - accounting - general ledger link. Click on the Sync now, put in your MYOB login details and click through the screens. there is a screen that comes up second that does not need anything entered. Just click submit. I spent hours on a chat and hold to find this out.

No luck, unfortunately - that screen gives a "The username or password were not correct" error no matter whether I enter my LEAP or MYOB credentials, or leave everything blank altogether.
Will lodge a ticket with LEAP and hopefully hear back from them with a solution.

Had no way of knowing this without digging through the Help Centre articles. Oh well, it works again now.

Hi all - had the same issue at the end of June - received this from LEAP - if you are asked for a User name and password it's Administrator - no password - I don't have General Ledger Auto Export ticked as we like to hold invoices that have been deleted ......
To resolve the issue with the ledger link in LEAP, please follow these steps:
