It would be nice if Leap would provide some kind of indication that they are seeing all the feedback on the new update and whether they are proposing to revert back or why then even changed it to such a cumbersome, useless system!! and who actually thought these changes were functional!!
Please Leap, give your users something!

Agreed. There is absolutely no advantage to this new setup. All I can see are problems, frustration and an increased risk of errors being made when you have multiple matters open.
I'm ready to go back to the old version if I can work out how. This is ridiculous how slow it has become.
I emailed feedback and support today about the issues I've had and asked how to rollback to previous version. They haven't told me how the issues I'm experiencing have been fixed nor how to rollback to old version (if possible) but have scheduled a call with me for tomorrow to discuss. If they tell me a way to go back to the old version i will post how to do it for you
I find the new Accounting function cumbersome, glitchy and very slow. It worked well being a tab, rather than a completely new screen. The timesheet used to be excellent, it is now very hard to use given how slow it is. Why change something that is working?
I just noticed if you go to the feedback and ideas page, sort by recent, there is 3 posts on the first page about the new LEAP accounting window, which are all under threshold (Under Threshold – This is a new idea or is not popular enough to initiate a formal review by the product team. The current threshold is 250 points.). Might be worth jumping on there and liking those posts to get them about the threshold.
There are actually 9 posts on this all under threshold. Send a link to all your staff and get them to click on it to help push them all over the threshold
Seems most of the posts relating to Leap Accounting in the Feedback & Ideas area have now vanished. How odd.

Thank you for your feedback. We do understand that some users have had some difficulty with the new split system. Our developers are working to improve the speed and functionality of it. Any issues should please be reported to our Support team so that they can be escalated and investigated.
As to why this split was done, this is part of a long-term plan to improve the overall functionality of LEAP, as well as allow our developers to release fixes and new features in shorter timeframes.
