Hi Linda,
Thank you for posting to the LEAP Community Discussions Page.
In the latest LEAP update, we have removed the "Import" function from the LEAP ribbon on matters, as detailed in our Release Notes. This change helps streamline the ribbon and create room for upcoming features.
You can still import documents into LEAP by rick-clicking in the correspondence list and selecting "Import".
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Thanks,
Shane
Hi Shane,
That's a retrograde step. It would be good if we could customise our ribbon to select the buttons we need. We use Import all the time and have no use for the AI function at all. We realise there is a right click work around but the direct button was so much more functional
Hi Shane, Please return the Import Button back to the ribbon. Right clicking in correspondence, locating the thin import line, clicking it and the sliding across in small movement and selecting document or folder has added time to a process which was not broken or needing fixing.
Hi Linda, you just have to right click in the correspondence list now and click 'import' folder or document.
