Angela Suckling (Customer) asked a question.
I am always hesitant to update straight away, but know there are a couple of fixes to issues that have been bugging us, so am looking at rolling 2.5 out soon.
Has anyone else installed it yet and noticed any problems?
Thanks so muc!

Yes. The Actions and Settings three dots / more options menu at the top of each matter on the Trust Funds and Registers tab shows No Options Available so you can't print trust statements or document registers direct from the matter
Urgh, that's no good - does the print button (or ctrl+p) still work?
Thank you! - it does.
Haha, phew, that's a relief!
Still I use that button all the time to email Trust Statements in fewer clicks, annoying that isn't an option anymore!
I also used to email trust statements that way.
However I've just noticed when on the Trust Tab, on the left side if you press the Email icon, it will do the usual of creating a pdf of the statement and putting it in an email. (There is a drop down icon, but there aren't any other options though)
Thank you for this !!!
Hi, attempted this update today but it wasn't happy with my version of Microsoft Office (Even though my settings state my Microsoft office is correct) after 1.5 hours with support/multiple screen shots sent we managed to download and re-install the previous version of Leap. Unsure when/how they are going to fix this error so I can safely update. Person on help chat was good but i am unsure why the help desk cannot log these issues and I have been directed here to make my issues known. The help desk should be able to lodge these issues for us as they have the full transcript and screen shots.
We had to get our IT people to do something to make things work.
Something regarding 64-bit Microsoft Office.
Ah yes, I had the same issue, for some reason we had one staff member who was only on 32bit O365, so had to upgrade it to 64bit to get the new version of LEAP to install. There should be a check, or at least a warning to ccheck your o365 version before trying to install given it renders LEAP unusable and you need to find the previous installer to repair!
