Error Message in eSignatures ‘No matter cards match the eSignature placeholders in the document.’
I am having issues with eSignatures.
I open a Word document, go to ‘Insert Fields’ then the ‘eSignatures’ tab, I choose the appropriate card, double click on ‘Executing person 1 or person 1 signature date placeholder’. I then save the document. However, when I go to ‘LawConnect – Request Signature’ this message pops up: ‘No matter cards match the eSignature placeholders in the document.’ It does not matter which card I choose I get this error message every time.
What have I done wrong?
