LEAP has the ability to add staff signatures in application settings but it does not appear that you can use this to insert the signature into Letters by Email.

In some cases the Outlook default signature will work, but it doesn't help if someone's generating a document to be signed by someone else, in which case they need to either be a delegate or have that other person's signature clause saved in Outlook.
