Is anyone using Perfect Portal?

Hi there, I use perfect portal and am very happy with it. Its been of great use to my firm. The branded app is a great touch but the quoting is invaluable and it links very well to leap to push the data through when we open a file. If you'd like to reach out and discuss please do! angela@ajtlegal.com.au

      Hi Angela,

Thank you for your reply! We've had the LEAP web portal which is now being deactivated at end of July and LEAP will now include a "Lite" version of Perfect Portal so I'm in the process of setting that up but still interested in the "full" version. Great to hear it works for you. I'll take a look at your website and see how you've integrated the quoting etc.. Thanks again.

    Hi Dianna,

Any luck with the switch over to perfect portal lite or otherwise? I have been attempting to get in touch with the collaborations team but have not received any response from them. Was it a fairly easy process? Looking forward to your feedback.

    Hi Amy,

Just after I posted this question LEAP announced the deactivation of the LEAP web client portal which we were using for client enquiries and online appointment booking. They now offer Perfect Portal "lite" as an alternative for client contact, so I thought I'd check this out first before following up about the full version. The Lite version includes basic enquiry forms based upon each of your nominated areas of law along with the dashboard to track everything. So if you want to put a "contact us" type form on your website for say conveyancing (where client can pick matter type - purchase, sale, etc.) that's fine but as we practice in multiple areas of law I need a general contact us form where the client could pick the area of law. Despite LEAP support trying to help we couldn't make that work. I didn't want multiple contact us forms for different areas of law so I ended up just replacing the soon to be deactivated LEAP contact us iframe with a WP Form which just emails us the enquiry. A step backwards as far as tracking enquries but the neatest replacement. The full version of Perfect Portal still interests me for quoting and the full client intake/transferring of data to LEAP but will sit on it for a bit because I will need to rethink our website layout. I've also switched our online appointment booking to MS Bookings. Hope this makes sense.
