Is anyone else having reporting issues?

My debtors report as of 12:30pm is not reflecting all debtors - the auto run report emailed to me this morning shows all debtors correctly, even when I clock on that favourite I'm getting reduced report - the criteria are set correctly (i.e. everything).

 

19th in line for support so posting here as I have a meeting in an hour that needs this info!

    Actually, turns out I deactivated a staff member on Friday, and even though she was only listed as the Staff Assisting on matters, not including deactivated staff on the report removed all those matters - this seems to be a reporting bug given the staff responsible and acting are still active...

      Thank you for submitting your inquiry to the LEAP Community Discussions page and I'm glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue.

       

      For future reference, if you suspect missing entries for a particular staff member in the generated report, it would be best to switch the Include Inactive Staff filter to Yes as mentioned in our Community Article. This can prevent unintentional omissions caused by changes in staff management. As was probably the case this time, it appears the Staff Assisting on the matter was marked as an Inactive Staff Member which would affect the Aged Debtors Report as it has a filter for Staff Assisting.

        Thanks for you reply Shane.

         

        I have requested previously that there be consitency with default report fields. Some reports have all selected by default, others have none selected. It really would be incredibly helpful for it to be all one or the other, regardless of the report being run. And even better, be able to save favourites reports based on our own criteria.

    I'm so glad I found this. I have been pulling my hair out trying to work out why I wasn't getting an accurate report. I had a non-billing secretary leave, therefore deactivated her account!
