There are some old answers to this which I've tried, but the folders on my computer don't correspond to the answers given. Has anyone done a hard drive LEAP clean up recently and have new instructions?

Hi Jessie,
Thank you for submitting your inquiry to the LEAP Community Discussions page.
Thank you for logging a Support Case with the LEAP HelpDesk, relating to freeing up storage on your local drive.
While LEAP is a cloud product, it also locally caches data such as documents, emails, PDFs etc to create an optimal user experience. Caching is done for 2 reasons in particular:
Nevertheless, you can safely remove the cached files that are generated by LEAP. However, we do highly recommend that you back up these files for safekeeping purposes even though they have been saved to the cloud in case any documents were corrupted due to internet connection issues.
You can delete certain files in the CDE folder in local app data:
IMPORTANT: do not delete the Archive folder itself, only the contents inside the Archive folder.
Repeat steps from 3 to 6 and choose a different folder inside CDE (if applicable).
You can also delete certain files in the User folder in local app data:
Repeat steps from 3 to 7 and choose a different folder inside the USER folder (if applicable).
Please note that as LEAP is a hybrid cloud system that utilises some local files, LEAP will continue to save/download files on your computer to the local app data folders. This allows LEAP to re-open files faster without having to re-download them from the cloud server.
Thanks,
Shane
