Clients accessing our LawTap online appointment booking portal are getting an error message:

Error 503 Backend fetch failed

 

Anyone else have the same issue?

      We have recently made an announcement that can assist with relinking your MYOB and LEAP.

    Hi Shane

     

    I have read the announcement and the solution proposed does not work. The synchronization is successful but the journals remain unexported.

     

    I have contacted MYOB and they have tested the synchronization routine and believe the fault lies with LEAP

     

    Can I speak to someone regarding this.
