RapidPay Footer

I understand that the RapidPay footer can't be customised. Is there a way to stop it adding a paragraph above, and 3, yes THREE below it though? There is a lot of information to fit on an invoice and four extra blank lines isn't helping the cause!

I've been on the phone with support, they're referring it to to implementations team, but while I'm waiting for them to come back to me, I was hoping that someone else might have gone through this already?
