Have you used LawConnect? all you have to do is put the ones you want them to have access to into a folder and then share the folder. I could be wrong but I do not believe there are size limits.

"It is easy for you to share documents directly from the electronic matter or the document itself, and you can instantly see if a shared document has been read. Unlike email, you can also revoke access to a document. When you no longer wish to share documents with certain recipients that you initially shared documents with, you can revoke their sharing access to LawConnect."

They can also comment and repy on documents - https://community.leap.com.au/s/article/Replying-and-commenting-on-shared-documents-AU

I haven't looked at it much but its also appears possible to link other matters (not sure if this requires a leap user account) - https://community.leap.com.au/s/article/LawConnect-Matter-Linking-AU
