Freezing, not migrating properly.
WE are getting very disappointed with LEAP functions. We try to upload financial statements and it does not migrate properly. Leap help person could not get things to work on another document and lost 3 hours of solicitors work. It keeps freezing. Lots of technical issues. Wanting to be more automated but LEAP is just not performing.
We are paying an extraordinary amount of money each month on something that is not working. Going to send LEAP our invoice for loss of time.
Anyone else having issues.

We too are always having issues with LEAP functions and data migrating into documents. Constantly forcing Word to close, not calculating properly. LEAP add in not showing up in Custom Precedents. Always needing to refresh or restart the computer mid document. PDF's not opening but saying that the document is already open. I spend more time on LEAP Support and complaining about functions not working and showing them what the issues are then doing work.
