We notice the payment request form has all items needed on it except the bank details. Was hoping there is a way of getting them on there.

We use the Trust payment form as our EFT Requisition form. It has all the details you need however you must put the unique Bank transaction ID/reference in the reason field.

  • Caroline Fougere (Customer)

We have a separate form similar to the QLS one saved in precedents that we automated for most of the fields. Only takes a few seconds to complete but means we have everything covered

Thank you for the great responses Siobhan and Caroline, and to Katrina for asking the question.
