1.Our staff have noticed that their time and fees have been deleted and you do not realise when you are invoicing and time/fees get missed.
2.Debtor reports are showing money owing but it cannot be found anywhere in the matter?
Time and fees by staff are incorrect as time has been deleted. Our reports are showing no time billed for days for some professionals.
I receive an email with a case number but do not receive a phone call or follow up.

Did you get an answer to this? I have just lost about $4,500 of time off a file!
Go and check your deleted times and not billable, it sometimes showed up there.
Otherwise, go to Menu, Accounting, time and fees and and select deleted and not billable. If your time shows up in here, click on the invoice, then click on 3 dots in top right corner and look at history and you can see if someone else has deleted it or who has touched your time.
Leap told me to keep looking into this as they did not feel it was their error but more human error as no one else had complained about it.

Hi Kathleen, we've found recently that deleted time is showing up on our unbilled reports. I've had to go in and reverse the deletion and then mark as nonbillable to get it to come off the WIP.
