UPLOADING PDF DOCUMENTS TO COMMCOURTS
I have not been able to create a pdf in LEAP and then export to the desktop to enable the document to be uploaded to Commcourts. I get an error message and the upload fails.
The only way around it is to go into the word version and save as a pdf to the desktop.
Once again more steps to do for something that should be basic with a document management system.
When I ran the new update I also lost access to my firm's precedents.
To top it off there is NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE ... who has time to wait 30-60 mins and then get cut off from the live chat 😡
PS I got a response from LEAP to say it was a CommCourts problem - no its a LEAP problem since the last update - instead of passing the buck how about you just fix all the issues this new update has caused ... simples!!!!!!!
