Whenever I try to contact support via live chat I get a message saying 'you're up next!' and it sits connecting for 30-40 minutes and then disconnects. When we purchased LEAP there was a phone support number available which has now been removed. This is incredibly frustrating. Please bring back the support phone number!

I've been told this is a known issue and you need to clear your internet cache. Once cleared, it should work and put you through to a support officer much more promptly......
i am having the same issue now!
It is a pain, but if you do clear your internet cache, I've found that it works. Just means you lose all the history of things you have saved in your cache.... I hope they fix it soon.
If I was you, I'd jump off the chat, clear my internet cache and then start a new chat. I think you'll be surprised how quickly you get answered. I did it this morning and it was a matter of minutes before someone took my chat.
It's hopeless - I've cleared cache and still have trouble. Yesterday my "you're up next" was there for an hour before I got through. Everyone is time poor and phone support is much more efficient for everyone.
