Since the update, we cannot put New Fees in timesheet. It's been a week, surely such a major fault should have been patched by now?

Was using timesheet all the time, but having to go back into each fee entry manually in each matter to set the Quantity to 1... why is the default set to Zero and greyed out in Timesheet?
