Comley Legal Admin (Comley Legal) asked a question.
Previously when I saved an incoming email in Leap it would give me the date and time it came in but now it gives me the time I have saved it in Leap. Is there a way I can change this in Leap?

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
The date and time in your correspondence list will show depending on what setting you have the date/time set to. It sounds like you may currently have it set to 'Modified'.
To correct this, please click on 'Modified' at the top of correspondence, and change the selection to 'Show Created date'.
If you have any further issues with this, please contact our Support team via Live Chat or Email (support@leap.com.au).
Kind Regards,
Simon
Hi Simon
I am experiencing the same problem with emails showing only the time and note the date. Correspondence is set to "Created" ??
Hi Diane,
Can you confirm if the email you received was received today? If it was received today, it will show you the time at which it was received. If an email was received yesterday, or the day before (etc.) it will show you the date at which it was received.
If you have saved emails from previous days to LEAP, and it is only showing you the time, please contact our HelpDesk who will be able to assist further with this issue. You can contact them at support@leap.com.au or via the LiveChat.
I hope this helps!
Thanks, Simon
