Elisabeth Lynch (Customer) asked a question.
We have a user and device where Leap has used 80% of the local computer hard disk space. This mainly is a collection of the synchronised Leap documents/emails from 2018. We would like to clear some of the older documents/emails where we don't need or want the offline documents available on the local computer and therefore releasing much need hard disk space for newer Leap documents/emails to be available rather than the old historic documents. What is the best practice or process to clear the older offline documents form the local computer hard disk?

Hello Elisabeth, I would recommend you log this one with the Helpdesk in order that an operator can view those files and ensure they are ok to remove. It shouldn't be a problem, but always worth checking that a version does in fact exist on the AWS cloud server as well in case it is needed in future.
