Hi @Carmeline van Langenberg (Customer),
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
It seems our Support team have been in contact with you regarding this:
There is a Word version and an Interactive PDF version of this form. Please see below on use of these forms:
The Word version (LL-FED-GEN-056) will populate Client 1 and Client 2 from the first card, but if there is only 1 client on the 1st card it will then bring in the next client (i.e. Client 2 table card) as Client 2 on the form. If clients have more than 2 clients, they will need to prepare a separate form and replace applicable references.
Example:
If there are 3 clients on the matter, the first 2 clients (Client 1, Client 2) will populate the form when running the form. However, to populate Client 3’s details into the form, the form will need to be duplicated and Client 1 will need to be replaced with Client 3. If there isn’t a fourth client (Client 4), details in the Client 2 panel will need to be deleted as otherwise, the form will populate the details of Client 2 by default.
The Interactive PDF version (LL-FED-GEN-046) will automate every Client on your matter regardless the card type or how many clients on one card. The Interactive PDF version will also default execution clause/s radio buttons from the card type, however, this can be changed manually by you by simply changing the radio button selection.
Example:
Note *Version 6 of the Client Authorisation is produced by ARNECC and we can’t control its functionality as designed by ARNEC – therefore pages 2 and 3 of the PDF document appear to be blank, however, these act as “placeholders”. The full document consisting of 4 pages etc are actually available and will display when you go into Print preview mode
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Best regards,
Seng
