Hi @Sarah C (Customer),
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
I am not quite sure how to answer this query, are you able to provide additional context and information so I can best assist with this query?
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Best regards,
Seng

Hi Seng. Thank you for responding. If for example I wanted to bring up all matters under the name 'Smith', I could go into 'View Cards', select 'Smith' to access the card file, then under 'Matters' see all matters under that name.
In my case the card files consist of several different names. For arguments sake these could consist of 15 under 'Smith', 5 under 'Jones', 3 under 'Brown'. However all of these clients (or in my case firm names) come under the one organisational group - let's call it 'ABC Group'. If I want to generate reports for every matter under 'ABC Group' (eg. Aged Debtors or WIP to bill) I currently have to select the different client names manually then put them together on a spreadsheet. I would like some way of coding or categorising these so I can generate them together. I'm looking for a way to select the 20 or so matters (with different client names) into one Reporting Group.

Hi @Sarah C (Customer),
In that case, grouping your client's matters into one Reporting Group would definitely work in your favour.
How to create a Reporting Group:
How to add Reporting Group to a matter:
Using Aged Debtors report as an example, you can filter the report's result to a specific Reporting Group.
Let us know if you require further assistance.
Best regards,
Seng

Thanks Seng - That's great. I've just set up one group and can see it will save me a lot of time!
Much appreciated.
Sarah
