So do I. Have had 2 issues outstanding for months: why Leap doesn't have Victoria Workcover material and why isn't it compatible with Dragon Naturally Speaking

I agree - I keep having problems generally with LEAP since last update. However when I send an email to help they take till next day to answer and then I get an email saying they couldn't contact me - they fail to note in my emails that I am only in 3 days. And why does chat just drop off when you change a search browser page - infuriating to say the least! Why is there no support telephone number anymore - I am going to go to smokeball if LEAP doesn't provide better service.


The fact that they no longer have a phone support line you can call is also infuriating. When our contract expire we will move to Smokeball as they provide better support and are half the price

Same, incredibly long wait times and no number to call. What a waste of time and money.

It would appear that there is no-one available to help. I tried the online chat - you're up next.... wow. That was a hour ago. I called, there's no one to answer, even if you press "sales". Where are the HELP team???????? The update has caused so many issues with our staff and incredible downtime which is NOT idea.

Leap is hopeless, tried online chat and email- just had a call from support who tried to tell me that a problem with lawconnect is being looked into but no idea when it will be resolved. Furthermore, any issues concerning the errors of Leap she said its outside Leaps jurisdiction and to contact my own IT support?! Paying money to Leap for a software their own people cant help with- shocking!
