    Hi @René Laan (Customer),

Happy New Year & thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.

Please be advised that security is automatically applied by default to any documents being converted to PDF within LEAP, once this conversion has gone through you cannot remove the security from the document via a password as this is automatically generated through Adobe.

However, you can disable this so security isn't applied when converting to PDF, to do so please follow the below steps:

1.Highlight the document you wish to convert and hold CTRL on your keyboard

2.While Holding CTRL right-click the document > create PDF ensuring that CTRL is held down the entire time

3.This will bring up the conversion options window, to not have Security applied to the document please untick the box in the top right that says "Secure"

For documents that are already PDFs, you may use the Print to LEAP function as a workaround to create a copy of the document without a password.

Let us know if you require further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Sebastian.
