Is it possible to recover deleted folders from a matter please

Hi @Reception Tamworth (Customer),
Thank you for posting on LEAP Community Discussions.
When a folder is deleted from within the matter correspondence the content of that folder is moved to the location the folder was (e.g. the parent folder or the correspondence window) so the folder will only need to be recreated and the items moved back within.
For files/documents that have been deleted these can be recovered by following the steps below,
- Click the 3 dots (ellipses) on the top right of the matter window near the notification bell icon
- Click show deleted correspondence
- Find the deleted items (these will have red text names)
- Right click the item
- Click undelete
